The installation on PVC and aluminium assembly lines ( materials which produce very thin chips and dust particles) guarantees to use EV AP 560 PN 3HP as a chips collector, in order to reduce downtime. An electric fan allows to reach high air flow levels and a constant top vacuum performance. An automatic reverse pulse system cleans the filter cartridges to maximize performance and avoid breaks in productivity. Antistatic polyester filter and a 26 gal. (100 L) collection capacity make this dust collector the must-have for daily vacuuming of dust particles suspended in the working environment or when removing large quantities of light chips. The machine can be either supplied with a suction arm installed on it or added directly onto the assembly line. ATEX certified version is also available (Z22 Model).

One of the main applications of this industrial chips collector is the collection of aluminium or PVC dust particles on miter saws with single or double head, as well as on CNC machines. The EV AP 560 PN 3HP can recover significant quantities of waste and chips from the source, and reduce machine maintenance and workplace cleaning time.
